Exhibition 'Organic Shapes'

Art venue 't Oude Raadhuis in Beek en Donk will present the exhibition 'Organic Forms' by artist Anita Roijackers from 4 to 26 March. The exhibition is Roijackers' first solo exhibition and features abstract contemporary art inspired by nature and her garden.
Materials
Visitors can enjoy organic forms with a touch of fantasy and lots of colour. Roijackers works with various materials, including wood, paper and linen with oil paint or acrylic. Her work shows great craftsmanship and is intuitive. Roijackers has developed a unique style in which she manages to translate nature into her own visual language.
Source of inspiration
The artist draws inspiration from everyday life, but especially from nature. In her expressive paintings, she deals with freedom, transience, new life, movement, silence, balance and imbalance, vulnerability and strength. It is an organic process of falling, getting up and chance.

Opening hours
The exhibition can be visited on Saturday and Sunday between 2pm and 5pm and during the opening hours of gift shop Knus bij Marie on Wednesday to Friday.
On Thursday 23 March from 2pm to 3.30pm, there will be an Art Café, where visitors can meet the artist in small groups, and learn about her way of working. You can register at info@oudraadhuis.nl.
