Herb walk

The Kruidwis walk is all about St John. The Feast of St John starts after sunset on 23 June. What herbs were used and what rituals were performed? Did this celebration exist before Christianity made its appearance? I tell folk tales, medicinal and culinary facts about the herbs we encounter. And, of course, you put together your own herb walk.

It is a relaxed walk of about 1.5-2 km including a small snack in the surroundings of Croy Castle in Aarle-Rixtel.

You will go home with a herb guess, more knowledge about herbs and stories.
