Free horse riding - donkey walking

Adults with disabilities can come for free horse riding/riding and donkey walking at Zorghoeve de Malbergh in Beek en Donk on 8 april and 10 June. 

Zorghoeve de Malbergh is a care farm where (young) adults with various disabilities find their daytime activities. There is also the possibility of individual and home support (help with organisation, administration, appointments, etc). 

On the farm, there are many different activities. You can groom and cuddle the various animals, ride horses, work in the greenhouse and vegetable garden, but the flower garden is also a great place to be! Wood is also split and shredded. Indoors, you can do crafts and have fun in the kitchen, e.g. making soup, pies, cakes, sausage rolls, apple sauce, jam, etc. It's nice to be busy at your own pace and level, doing things you like.

The free riding afternoon is organised to bring adults with disabilities into contact with each other, increase their social network. All this in a casual way, while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea.
