Theatre group Mariahout performs the play 'Under the weedy roof'. Theatre group Mariahout exists 50 years. The adult production is a specially written play that will be performed with a large cast. Think of our performance "The Black Rider". 

Under the wicker roof
Fee's parents would like to live in a rural area, away from the Randstad to enjoy the peace and quiet of a small village in Brabant. Daughter Fee quickly integrates and becomes editor-in-chief of the neighbourhood paper, because one day she wants to become a famous writer. She eagerly writes about everything in the village and with success. "So relatable, fantastic!", buzzes in the streets. 

The moment her neighbour Mathijs' boy does not show up at school, Fee goes to investigate and stumbles upon 'breaking news': there is a cannabis plantation on Mathijs' parents' farm. Fee has to choose between journalistic freedom and her friendship with the village.
