Exchange concert harmony The Good Hope

Harmonie De Goede Hoop will host Music Association Meierijstad on Saturday 25 March for an exchange concert.

In 2018, Harmony Nijnsel and Music Association EDB from Eerde merged to form Music Association Meierijstad. With a solid base in the villages of Nijnsel, Sint-Oedenrode, Eerde and Veghel, this association wants to be a music association of and for the municipality of Meierijstad, so that (learning) music remains accessible to everyone. The orchestra is led by conductor Hans van der Velden. Music association Meierijstad will take care of the second part of the programme, including musical and film pieces.

Harmonie De Goede Hoop will host Music Association Meierijstad on Saturday 25 March for an exchange concert.

The wind band of De Goede Hoop will play the first part of the evening. It, too, has made getting the community in touch with music a high priority. It has proved this in the past with projects such as The Voice, Maistro and Ameezing. This evening, the wind band, led by conductor Martijn Pepels, will perform a light programme including Spanish-tinged works.
