I really enjoy cooking and baking. I cook vegetarian and preferably use organic ingredients. With my catering company, I hope to make other people happy with what I cook and bake! Please feel free to take a look at my website and don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions!

I love being in the kitchen all day long to cook, bake and try out new recipes (which is obviously impossible with four children, but I am never short of help and tasters ;-). I work in an organic supermarket, where I find all kinds of delicious ingredients to cook and bake with. If possible, I like to supplement the ingredients from the shop with all kinds of tasty herbs, vegetables and fruit from our little garden. Although it is not a large garden, we can harvest all kinds of things every year!

During the summer season, I try out all kinds of things with aubergines. In winter, pumpkin is my favourite. Hence the name of my little company 'Pumpkin & Eggplant'.

In February 2015 I started the course 'The Nature Kitchen' at the Green Cooking Academy. I have now completed this course and I have learned a lot about natural food and organic and vegetarian cooking. During the internship of this course, at the catering company 'Van tuin tot tafel', I decided that I wanted to start catering myself. That way, I can do what makes me happy and make other people happy too!

Out of respect for nature and the environment and because I want to give everyone a green future, I prefer to cook and bake with organic vegetables and organic fruit of the season. I love to use grains, pulses and possibly dairy products to make a complete vegetarian meal for myself, my family and anyone who loves good food.

A delicious breakfast or dinner for two but also for twenty, the 'green' part of a barbecue, an extensive lunch, appetizers or a birthday cake, I find it all equally fun to make! In consultation with the client, I look for the most suitable recipes and dishes. If there are special (diet) requirements, I will be happy to discuss the possibilities with you, but I am convinced that there almost always are.

On this website you will not find a standard list of recipes and prices, because I believe that meeting the customer's wishes and delivering customised meals is much easier when we discuss wishes and possibilities. When we have made an agreement, I will send you a proposal with a price quotation based on your wishes and my possibilities. Of course, adjustments are always possible.
