Groote Peel National Park

Located on the border with Brabant and Limburg. The Groote Peel is an extensive wetlands area known mainly for the many species of birds and its unusual history. There are several routes for children, with ‘tree trunk bridges’ and lookout towers along the way. For the youngest there is a speical "Kabouterpad" (Gnome Path). They can explore the National Park wearing a gnome’s hat and a backpack.
