**Excellent Amenities**
Awarded four B&B "Tulips" for its quality, facilities, and service, In de Hei blends old-world charm with surprisingly modern luxury. Small groups of friends, couples, and active seniors alike enjoy the warm hospitality provided by Lilian and Jos. As one enthusiastic guest put it: "I really enjoyed your B&B. Fantastic room and breakfast. But above all, your openness and hospitality." Situated at the end of a dead-end road, In de Hei offers the perfect combination of Brabant-style conviviality and the peaceful tranquility of a wooded setting.
**"It’s beautiful here, like a little paradise"**
With its welcoming terrace for cyclists, In de Hei serves as a starting point for various walking, cycling, and mountain biking routes through the lush countryside. Located between Eindhoven and Helmond—and close to Nuenen—it offers easy access to the Van Gogh cycle route. Alternatively, you can explore the stunning surroundings via the Waterpoort or Laarbeek cycle routes. In Mariahout, you can visit the open-air theatre or the Lourdes Grotto—a large, faithful replica of the Grotto of Massabielle. If you prefer to stay closer to home, head out on an electric walking bike, work up a sweat on a mountain bike, try your hand at *klootschieten* (a traditional Dutch game similar to road bowling), or learn to make pizzas in a wood-fired outdoor oven.
