The day begins with a Eucharistic celebration in St. Servatius Church in Lieshout.
In the afternoon, at one o'clock, a procession will pass through the center of Lieshout featuring 20 guilds from Peelland and the Sint Caecilia Harmony Orchestra.
Following:
· Guilds are introduced upon entry
· Words of welcome
· Mass march
· Mass flag salute
· Serpentine parade
Competitions start at three o'clock:
- Drumming
- Flag waving
- Trumpet playing
- Rifle shooting
- Crossbow shooting
- NBFS standard riding tournament
Not a competition, but certainly a spectacle to behold: the ring jousting of the standard riders.
The prize-giving ceremony takes place around six o'clock.
