KansPlus GBLB is hosting its well-known music festival for people with intellectual disabilities at the Community Centre.
Everyone from Laarbeek and the surrounding area can enjoy an afternoon full of musical spectacle and entertainment by local artists. This major event is organised every two years. Co-organiser Huub de Wit is extremely proud of the artists that the organisation has once again managed to secure for the music festival. KansPlus GBLB is hosting its well-known music festival for people with intellectual disabilities at the Community Centre.
Everyone from Laarbeek and the surrounding area can enjoy an afternoon full of musical spectacle and entertainment by local artists. This major event is organised every two years. Co-organiser Huub de Wit is extremely proud of the artists that the organisation has once again managed to secure for the music festival. A programme featuring music, dance, humour and Brazilian vibes.
The entertainment group Dé Velt Op will kick off the afternoon with their party songs, for which they have written their own lyrics. Every year, they bring the house down. Then it will be the turn of KansPlus's own orchestra, Nooit Gedacht. The large orchestra and drum band will put on a 45-minute show with their enthusiasm. Then it's up to DJ TommiX to entertain the audience until the interval. After the break, singer Marianne gets the mood going again with various sing-alongs. Then the stage fills up with the samba band Samba Rooi. A spectacle with Brazilian sounds and lots of colour. The afternoon ends musically with a joint performance by the Samba Rooi band and the Nooit Gedacht drum band. A performance not to be missed.
