Glow Laarbeek

The first edition was deliberately kept intimate, with a number of surprising light art installations in the heart of Lieshout. 

With the 2026 edition, you'll really be able to take a walk and encounter various surprises along the route. There are serious artworks, with moving images that tell something about Lieshout. And a touch of Laarbeek. The walk goes from the Heuvel through Heuvel Zes to the brewery’s malt tower, and then through Papenhoef, Havenweg, and Molenstraat back to the start. Since it's a loop, you can of course start at any point. Part of the route is also an In Memoriam. The immediate reason for this is the sad passing earlier this year ofFren Klomp, the young artist from Lieshout who was involved in the first edition of Glow Laarbeek. It was initially set up as a tribute to him, but people can also light a candle for other loved ones who have passed away for a small fee (the money goes to a charity).
