Festive concert New Talent Orchestra

The New Talent Orchestra will give a festive concert at 't Anker Music Center.

In October, the New Talent Orchestra Beek en Donk enthusiastically launched a music project for adults. And now it's finally here! One more rehearsal and then a festive concert at 't Anker, together with the O&U Training Orchestra. Everyone is welcome to come and hear the progress. How impressive is it that, without any musical background, you can play an instrument with others in an orchestra after just ten lessons, but above all, it's a lot of fun and enjoyable!

Almost all the musicians (around 50) have indicated they would like to continue next year, including the conductor, Marianke Hobé. A new working group has also been formed to oversee the next steps. A name for the orchestra has even been chosen!

During rehearsals, the musicians received a great deal of support from the buddies scattered among them, who provided much-needed assistance. They were happy to sacrifice their free Sunday morning for this, but you still have to do it.
