Mental health is still one of the biggest taboos in society. In a world where social media, performance pressure, and the perfect image seem to be the norm, it's not always easy to ask the simple but important question: how are you?

LEVgroep does want to engage in this conversation. On Blue Monday, LEVgroep invites young people, youth workers, social workers, adults, and network partners to reflect on mental health together and to engage in open dialogue. They will meet at the OJA in Aarle-Rixtel. The program includes: Short films made by young people sharing their experiences. Inspiring best practices such as Join Us, Meet Us, and Do Culture! Live music, expressing emotions through music. With this evening, LEVgroep wants to show that no one has to be alone and that talking about how you're truly doing can be the first step toward connection and understanding. Admission is free, and everyone is welcome. Break the taboo together. Start the conversation.
