The Cantique Chamber Choir sings songs from the past and present.
Members have selected pieces from the repertoire that has been built up over the years.
“Then” refers to music from the Renaissance and “now” refers to music from modern times. This shows the breadth of interest in choral music; a wide spectrum. The title also refers to what they sang “then” and what they are doing “now”. They invite everyone to come and listen in their new rehearsal space: Café Zaal v.d. Burgt in Beek en Donk. Another new addition is conductor Janine Pas. All the more reason to come and listen to the Cantique chamber choir. The entrance fee includes a drink. Children have free admission.
