Guild Weekend Aarle-Rixtel

The annual guild weekend in Aarle-Rixtel is just around the corner, and the Guilds have once again put together a wonderful program for young and old this year.

On Saturday, the Sint Margaretha Guild kicks off the weekend with the Village King Trophy shooting at Havenweg. The special thing about this is that anyone aged 16 and over can participate, even without shooting experience. So, you don't have to be a guild member or an experienced marksman to take a shot at this title. Just remember to bring your valid identification!

A day later, on Sunday, the festivities move to the Jan van Dooren Pavilion. There, the traditional King Shooting takes place, where the current king defends his title against a group of challengers. New this year is a specially equipped air rifle range for the youth, where children aged 6 and up can get introduced to air rifle shooting under supervision. Who will become the very first youth champion? It promises to be exciting, in any case! Whether you want to participate yourself, come to cheer, or are simply curious about this centuries-old tradition: the Guilds invite young and old to enjoy this festive weekend together.
