Who can conquer 26 spectacular obstacles and cross the finish line with as much bock beer as possible? At the Bokkenollen World Championship in Griendtsveen, speed and agility matter – but keeping your tray full is just as important!
No fewer than 120 teams, each consisting of two runners and one coach, take on the challenge. Carrying a tray of bock beer, competitors race around the course as quickly as possible while tackling 26 challenging obstacles. And it's not just about speed: the more beer left on your tray at the finish, the better.
Teams compete in separate women's and men's competitions. Complete the course quickly while spilling as little beer as possible, and you could earn the title of Bokkenollen World Champion.
A spectacular and entertaining event combining speed, teamwork and a very steady hand!
