National Senior Citizens' Day will be celebrated in Laarbeek. Although the official date of National Senior Citizens' Day is the first Friday in October, the joint senior citizens' associations of Aarle-Rixtel, Beek en Donk, Lieshout and Mariahout have deliberately chosen to hold the event on Wednesday afternoon.

The festivities will take place in the Village Hall in Lieshout. The hall will open half an hour before the programme starts. It will be an afternoon full of fun, and no one needs to be a member of an association to participate.
One of the highlights of the afternoon will be a performance by The Fasions.

Although the official date of National Senior Citizens' Day is the first Friday in October, the joint senior citizens' associations of Aarle-Rixtel, Beek en Donk, Lieshout and Mariahout have deliberately chosen to hold the event on Wednesday afternoon.

The festivities will take place in the Village Hall in Lieshout. The hall will open half an hour before the programme starts. It will be an afternoon full of fun, and no one needs to be a member of an association to participate.
One of the highlights of the afternoon will be a performance by The Fasions.

The entrance fee includes coffee/tea and one drink. As is tradition, there will also be a raffle with fantastic prizes after the event. It promises to be a fun spectacle, so be sure to arrive on time! There are only 225 tickets available for the whole of Laarbeek, and once they're gone, they're gone. Tickets are sold in advance by the four senior citizens' associations: in Aarle-Rixtel on Tuesday 2 September between 10:00 and 11:00 in De Dreef, in Beek en Donk on Tuesday 9 September between 10:00 and 11:30 in the Waterpoort, in Lieshout on Tuesday 2, 9 and 16 September between 10:00 and 11:30 in Het Dorpshuis, and in Mariahout on Wednesday 3, 10 and 17 September between 10:00 and 11:30 in the Buurthuis.
