Between the castle and Werthe, tucked away in a valley,
Lies my natural domain, the Hof of Betsie
I pick all my fruits in a romantic garden farm
and process the lot with old-fashioned charm
Freshly cut and cooked, my products are my pride
Canned, in jars or bottles: all of these I can provide
You are welcome to taste and try my products in my shop
And perhaps compose a basket with the very best of my crop.
An old tradition continues... The fruits and vegetables of Betsie's Hof are carefully selected and prepared, then preserved the old-fashioned way, without any colouring and flavouring agents.
