Information artwork Asten Market

An informational artwork has been opened in the centre of Asten. The artwork has the shape of a bell, referring to Asten as the bell village, and also bears the logo of the Klok en Peel Museum. 

Mariëlle Muijsenberg-Lagarde has summarised said logo and the desire of the Asten Tourist Office for a good representation of tourist information, into a single design. It is crucial that people from the Peel region and tourists who visit Asten can find that information for a proper introduction to Asten and De Peel.

On and in this piece of art in Asten's Market Square, you can find information about cycling and hiking routes, a map of the municipality of Asten and lots of information about events taking place in the municipality of Asten.
