We run a pig farm on our own. We have been selling our pork to family/friends/acquaintances for years. Until now, we did this by the half-pig, which means about 45 kg at a time. Due to the increasing demand for 'smaller portions', we have decided to sell to everyone. By setting this up, everyone now has the opportunity to buy well-produced meat at a fair price.

What do we do exactly?
The piglets arrive at our farm at an age of about 10 weeks and weigh +/- 25 kg. Here, they are placed in spacious, heated pens with sufficient distraction material (toys). In the following weeks they are fed and cared for until they are heavy enough to go to slaughter. With us, you know exactly where the meat comes from. Our farm produces healthy meat products in a sustainable manner. With our own pig farm, we have been providing high quality fattening pigs for years. We only sell meat from animals that are raised with passion and experience. This goes beyond the production process. By means of the IKB certificate, we demonstrate that we guarantee quality, origin and a sustainable production method. Within this IKB certification, we meet the strict requirements for animals, because of course the welfare of our animals comes first. In this way, we can continue to guarantee delicious meat of high quality.

Why (h)honest meat?
We started our own pork business because we are convinced that it should be possible to offer everyone a tasty and fairly produced piece of pork at a fair price.

The pigs are portioned and cut to your requirements by our in-house butcher. They are then packed in sturdy vacuum bags, weighed and deep-frozen as quickly as possible. The great advantage of our vacuum packing is that it better retains the flavour in the meat and thus enhances its shelf life.
