Move Your Body has been a household name in Asten and its surroundings for over 20 years. It is a modern, versatile sports centre that opens its doors to everyone.
Whether you are looking for somewhere to improve your fitness, for relaxation or revalidation, or simply a fun class every time, Move Your Body is the place to be! The team is very versatile and offers many skills: from physiotherapy to personal trainer, diabetes, obesity and rheumatic symptoms.
Our personal attention is paramount. During group classes, but certainly also in the gym, we take our time to answer your questions and, if you wish, we will set up a tailor-made program for you. This program will take (old) injuries and nutrition tips into account.

Your coach will be happy to modify this program for you every ten weeks. The variety keeps things fun and prevents habituation which sometimes affects your results.
The swimming pool also offers many options. You can relax in the sauna or steam room after your exercise session, or do a few laps in the pleasantly warm water.
We offer ABC diploma courses for those who are not proficient in swimming yet. Our enthusiastic swim instructors will teach your child all the skills required for the diploma in a casual atmosphere. The lessons take place in small groups of 8 children maximum, to ensure that each child gets personal attention.
