Exercise garden Mariahout
Every Wednesday morning from 10.00 - 11.00, people can exercise in the Active Garden under the guidance of Active Laarbeek. Laarbeek Actief also offers three exercise routes through Beek en Donk, as well as exercise booklets and videos for at home. These can be found on the website. Don't feel like exercising under supervision? The exercise garden can be used throughout the year!
