Theater De Eendracht seats almost 400 people and presents well-known and unknown talent on a regular basis. Cabaret plays an important role in the theater's programming. The theater also hosts local musical and drama societies on a regular basis.
Many different societies are housed in the building. Open Youth Center De Bunker is one of those societies. The Roc ter Aa College also has a number of office spaces in De Eendracht and it is also the home of Hobby Society De Knutselmolen and local broadcasting company Gemert Centraal.
