Hoeve bij Vosselen is a comfortable B&B in a characteristic long-gabled farmhouse dating from 1816. The farmhouse offers three stylish double rooms, each with its own unique charm.

The bed & breakfast Hoeve bij Vosselen is run with great joy by Ilse van Bommel. She is a passionate hostess and proud mother of four daughters. After her husband passed away far too young in 2008, Ilse started a mini-campsite on the farm where the family was living at the time – a campsite she ran with heart and soul for many years.

As her children began to leave the nest, it was time for the next step. In 2023, she moved with her daughters, horses, chickens, and cats to this new place and began a new adventure: bed & breakfast Hoeve bij Vosselen.

Hoeve bij Vosselen is named after the centuries-old farming community west of the village center of Asten. ‘Vosselen’ originates from the word ‘Vosholen’, referring to the many foxes that once lived in this area. Thus, our name reflects not only the geographical location, but also the deep connection we feel with the animal world around us.
