Every Tuesday and Friday morning from 10.00 - 11.00 hours people can exercise in the Active Garden under the guidance of Laarbeek Active. Laarbeek Actief also offers three exercise routes through Beek en Donk, as well as exercise booklets and videos for at home. These can be found on the website https://www.laarbeekactief.nl/sportaanbod/.
