Open Day Care farm the Malberg

Care farm the Malberg is holding an open day. 
During the Open Day, you can cuddle animals, ride a pony, take part in a scavenger hunt, get your face painted and, of course, the coffee/tea/ranja and sweets will be served! During the tours, explanations about the care farm will be given. The day will be enlivened by pleasant live music and singing.
This small-scale care farm welcomes children, young people, adults and elderly people with disabilities for a meaningful and fun day. The different target groups work together and complement each other in a very positive way! There are participants with autism, non-congenital brain injury, mental and/or physical disabilities, ADHD, but also people with dementia, who just cannot keep up with society or who are lonely.
There are many different animals on the farm, such as dogs and puppies, rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, birds, pigs, sheep and goats, chickens, a mini cow, a mini donkey and a pony, which can be ridden leisurely.
There is also a greenhouse, a large vegetable garden, a beautiful flower garden, an orchard and a yard where everyone can help. There is a workshop for doing odd jobs and dismantling. Delicious cakes are baked and household chores done in the kitchen. Cosy rides are made on the duo bike.
The space, tranquillity, animals and nature have a relaxing and healing effect!
