Playing in a natural environment In the Zandbos forest, a natural playground was created for children of 0 to 12 years old. The playground is situated in the middle of the woods and uses the landscape's natural elements. Featuring matching playing materials, a challenging and instructive play environment has been created.
Adventure for young and old
Here you can play in a natural environment, play with the sand table or build huts, climb on the play equipment and have fun at the sand and water playground. For the older kids, a large Viking swing has been set up. Come and join us in discovering adventure in Deurne!

The playground places are linked through the “Legend of the Zandbos forest”. This concept ensures that children and their supervisors can play but also undertake educational activities. An interesting destination for excursions for schools and child care centres. The natural play area also has facilities for disabled children. The play and motion circuits are part of the Flemish/Dutch Walking Without Borders project.
