A nice walk through the Neerkants forest on the walkingnetwork

The Neerkant forests are an important part of an ecological connecting zone between the large nature reserves of Deurnese Peel/Mariapeel enerijds and De Groote Peel on the other.  
The woods of Neerkant consist of coniferous forest planted on an elongated sand drift west of Neerkant . Due to the proximity of the Peelrand fracture, the entire area around Neerkant is rich in relief and geologically interesting. 

Start from the center 
Park in the center of Neerkant, on the square in front of the church, walk into the Moostenstraat and follow the pedestrian junction network towards number 77. About
