The carnival season is drawing ever closer, and with it, curiosity in Het Heidurp is rising.
Behind the scenes, preparations are in full swing, but one question is currently occupying the minds of many Heikneuters and Heikneuterinnekes: who will be the new prince(ss)?
The new highness will not only receive the title of Prince(ss), but also the important task of leading the Heikneuters and Heikneuterinnekes during the carnival days. In recent weeks, quite a few names have already been circulating. In Mariahout, there is plenty of speculation and clues are being scrutinized. From fanatical sleuths to curious carnival-goers: everyone seems to have a theory about the identity of the new highness. But for now, the answer remains well hidden.
