Cornhole Tournament

The Village Garden is hosting a cornhole tournament, which is like a party in a beanbag.

Easy, accessible, and above all, a hilarious adventure! It brings healthy competition and endless fun. The rules are as simple as ABC, and whether you're young or old, athletic or couch potato, everyone can participate! It seems like child's play: throw a beanbag 8 meters onto a board with a hole. But beware, because throwing correctly is harder than you think! It requires the finesse of an artist, a keen eye, and a masterful plan.

Cornhole is not only addictively fun, but also exciting and enjoyable. With two boards (cornhole boards) on either side, you throw the beanbags to the board on the opposite side. The throwing line starts at the front of the cornhole board.
The Big Cornhole Goal: Aim the beanbags onto the board or into the hole and score those coveted points!

Scoring:
3 points for cornhole: a beanbag goes through the hole.
1 point for woody: a beanbag lands on the board.
0 points: if the beanbag lands next to the board or on the ground.

The game is played in a pool style, so you can battle it out all evening long. There's a fantastic prize for the winner. The evening takes place in the cozy new WinterTent. It's wonderfully heated, but you'll have to go outside to use the restrooms. An extra cardigan or sweater wouldn't hurt.
