RC the Old Mill summer show ‘Wizard of Oz’

RC de Oude Molen's annual summer show is ridden by the association's youngest members. This year's theme is ‘Wizard of Oz’, a rendition of the film of the same name.  

Every year the youngest members of RC de Oude Molen put on a sparkling show, despite many still being very young. The youngest rider is only 5 years old. This takes a lot of training and preparation, because everything has to be right. Not only the set, but also the interplay, the facial expressions and, of course, the roller-skating have to be matched. For the young girls, it requires a lot of discipline, as many songs have to be rehearsed. After last year's success, they are ready to put on another dazzling show. This year, too, there are a number of riders who are riding a show for the first time, which is of course extra exciting. This year, the whole show is dedicated to the Wizard of Oz. Almost 40 children shine during this show.
