Hollowing out the pumpkin

Autumn isn't truly complete until the pumpkins make their appearance!

That’s why, during *De HerfstTuin* (The Autumn Garden), we’ll be having fun carving pumpkins again. We have pumpkins ready and waiting for you. Pick one out, come up with a funny, wacky, or perhaps even a slightly spooky face, and turn it into a real autumn masterpiece. And... parents, we need your help! We’ll be using sharp knives and tools for the scooping and carving, so we’re asking parents or guardians to join in and help with the cutting work. It’s a team effort: the kids come up with the ideas and do the decorating, while you help out with the actual scooping and carving where needed. And afterwards? You get to take your homemade pumpkin home with you, of course!
