The local history society 't Hof van Liessent is also paying attention to 125 years of the Leest windmill.
It is only right that this beautiful piece of local heritage should be celebrated. In the village hall, the display cases and photo frames in the corridor feature photographs, newspaper articles and objects commemorating this special windmill.
