Interesting and pleasant bicycle tour through Liessel´s history The tour was set up on the occasion of the 700th anniversary of Liessel. The bicycle tour is about 35 kilometres long and skirts Liessel centre. The walking tour through Liessel history covers the history of the village. Monuments and natural elements When taking this historical bicycle tour you will encounter various monuments such as the mill and the old baker´s house, beer house and the former parish hall. Along the way you also come across beautiful nature, gorgeous Peel views and the historic Galgenberg clearing – named after the fact that gallows are alleged to have stood there in the past.
