Pumpkin Days Asten
From Saturday October 17 to Sunday October 25, the Asten Pumpkin Days will take place once again. Asten Pumpkin Days is a collaboration between Museum Klok & Peel, Centrum Management Asten, Midas Shopping Centre, Toeristisch Asten and the Municipality of Asten to give visitors to Asten a wonderful autumn holiday!
Pumpkin Express
Take the train, the Pumpkin Express, from Asten centre (Pr. Bernhardstraat, crossing Remerypassage) to Museum Klok & Peel. From the museum, the train also stops at the social sofa opposite Midas shopping centre in the Prins Bernhardstraat. The Pumpkin Express is free and runs every day. Exact times will be published later.
Museum Klok & Peel is the final stop on the route. Everyone is requested to alight at the final stop. You can also walk to the centre from Museum Klok & Peel; see the route in the booklet!
Midas shopping centre
Come to the Midas shopping centre for lots of fun activities. Come and do some Halloween crafts, have your face painted, take a Neptune drawing test or go on a voyage of discovery with Neptune! Check the calendar to see what you can do and when.
Sunday 11 October is shopping Sunday in Asten town centre from 1 pm to 5 pm!
Letter hunt
During the Pumpkin Days, a mysterious acronym is hidden in the centre of Asten...
Will you go on a treasure hunt to crack it?
At 11 shops in the centre, you will find a large letter in the shop window or on the window. Collect your program booklet from Toeristisch Asten or the museum. In this booklet you find your letter hunt form. Collect all 11 letters in the village centre, put them in the right order and discover the word!
You can do the treasure hunt at any time during the autumn holidays. Combine it with a day of shopping or a hot drink on the terrace.

Collect your letter hunt at 't Kwartier
Asten centre
Come to the centre of Asten, because there's plenty to do there!
Join the craft workshop. Go on an adventure with Melvin Kunst or travel through space with André the astronaut. There is also children's yoga, children's bingo and you can visit the children's theatre. Check the calendar below to see what you can do and when. You find 't Kwartier in Kerkstraat 10.
Museum Klok & Peel
Come to Museum Klok & Peel during the autumn holidays and enjoy the Pumpkin Days, a celebration for the whole family. This year's theme is “Neptune: Dive into space and the sea”.
Experience magical moments in the kingdom of Pompelientje. Get weighed on the pumpkin scales. Jump on a bouncy castle in the shape of a giant pumpkin. Be amazed by beautiful pumpkin creations throughout the grounds, made from almost 20,000 pumpkins. Marvel at atmospheric dark tunnels and enjoy performances by different musicians every day. There are many activities you can participate in yourself. And of course, you can also carve your own pumpkin. It's a celebration every year!
