This route starts at Hei no. 15 at the organic farm 'de Janmiekeshoeve'. Here, they strive for integrated farming with nature. The walk takes you through a varied landscape on the border of Mariahout and Beek en Donk, with a great diversity of plants and animals. On the grounds of the farm, there is a silence spot at the Janmiekesven and a viewpoint to the meadow bird pool. The route partially overlaps two walking routes from Mariahout: Ommetje Oost and D'n Erpse Pad. There are benches/picknickel tables along the route so that you can rest and enjoy the surroundings. This makes the walks suitable for young and old.
