Zomerorkest Nederland in Gemert

It has been a tradition for years now: a wonderful summer evening on the terrace at Café Den Engelenburcht where a talented orchestra of fifty young musicians kicks off the national tour with an open-air concert. ZomerOrkest Nederland is an orchestra composed annually of amateurs and conservatory students aged 16 to 23. For two weeks, this orchestra will tour the Netherlands to promote wind music. No uniforms and concert halls but leisure wear and outdoor concerts.
