The Kouwenbergs kerkje hosts a performance by Angie Flare. Angie was born in Gemert as Inge van Asseldonk. She shows the audience with her appearance, her voice and her songs that ‘great things come in small packages’.
Inspired by the city of Nashville and artists like Carrie Underwood and Luke Combs, she and her band perform energetic, slick country pop songs that give you wings and stay in your head for days. Singing suits her better than talking, she says herself. Over the years, she has performed a variety of styles. From musicals to classical and rock, but she really found her own sound when she started writing her own music. Now she makes catchy country pop. Listen and enjoy this Dutch country singer with her band. Whoever says that great country music is not made in the Netherlands does not know what they are talking about!
