Every second and fourth Monday of the month there is a Digital Government Information Point consultation hour. Together with the Zorgboog, Library de Lage Beemden started a Digital Government Information Point (IDO) at the Gasterij van de Regt in Beek en Donk starting this year. On every second and fourth Monday of the month, excluding holidays and school holidays, you can drop in if you need help with questions about digital government.
For example, arranging a DigiD, rent and care allowance, tax return, driving licence, traffic fines, pension and benefits increasingly has to be done via the internet. They can imagine that you find this difficult. During the consultation hour, staff listen to your question and think along with you. They help you find information on the internet and refer you to the right bodies. They can also make an appointment with an organisation that can help further.

You can also ask questions at any branch of the De Lage Beemden Library. In Beek en Donk, a staff member is present from Tuesday to Friday from 2 to 5 pm and on Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm. In Lieshout on Wednesdays from 2pm to 5pm. On Thursdays in the even weeks from 13.30 to 15.00 in the Service point Aarle-Rixtel in De Dreef. Everyone is welcome, even if you are not a member of the library.
