Walk Runners club

Runnersclub Lieshout's annual walk is among other things a great training for the Nijmegen 4Daagse. The club's walkers have set out a varied route that mostly goes through wooded areas. The route has both paved and unpaved paths.

The routes will be signposted and participants will receive a route description. Registration and payment will take place on the day itself at the club building (provincial road Lieshout, near tennis club ‘de Raam’). Payment can be made in cash and by pin (contactless). The routes have a distance of 10, 15, 20, 30 or 40 km.

The 10 and 15-kilometre tour starts between 9am and noon. The 20-kilometre tour starts between 8am and 11am. The 30 and 40-kilometre tour starts between 7.00 and 9.00 am. Along the way, two rest points will be provided where a treat, drink or soup can be bought for a small fee. First aid will also be available at the rest points.
